DESCRIPTION: The Champaign Bike Vision Implementation Plan not only fulfilled the City’s needs, but it also provided client-consultant and cross-departmental collaboration, which led to streamlined buy-in and project success. Lochmueller successfully took the original Bike Vision Plan from 2008 and adapted it to a modern advancement of bicycle facility planning and design that provided facility users access to daily locations regardless of age or ability.
