Two crossroad bridges carry Pfingsten Road and Waukegan Road over the Edens Spur.

Originally the design was to be completed in 30 months for two construction contracts. The Illinois Tollway requested that Ciorba Group accelerate the project to deliver the project in half that time. The Concept Report outlining the proposed improvements was completed within four months and four separate sets of final design plans were completed in a 10 month period allowing all construction contracts to be awarded by early 2019.
